Where the money goes
PreopHQ prepares the paperwork. The money never passes through us.
On your own EFTPOS terminal or into your own bank account. Each estimate and account prints the payment instructions you set and a payment reference, and your staff record what was received.
On Pro and Clinic, your office lodges the patient's rebate claim through your own Tyro Health account, from the items the anaesthetist selected. PreopHQ never chooses an item or a fee.
PreopHQ never holds, moves or takes a share of your money. No percentage of collections, and no per-claim charge from us.

Onboarding · done with you, by us
Every new clinic is onboarded personally - provisioning, branding, questionnaire setup and staff training in a guided session. The fee is one-time, ex GST.
